注射用泮托拉唑联合紫珠粉治疗消化性溃疡并出血48例

[目的]探讨注射用泮托拉唑联合紫珠粉治疗消化性溃疡并出血的临床疗效。[方法]将90例消化性溃疡并出血患者随机分为两组,治疗组给予紫珠粉和注射用泮托拉唑,对照组给予注射用泮托拉唑。疗程均为5d。[结果]两组患者治疗后消化道出血症状均显著改善,两组止血总疗效相近,总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但治疗组在显效率方面显著高于对照组,两组显效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]注射用泮托拉唑联合紫珠粉治疗消化性溃疡并出血,具有互相增进疗效的作用,能明显缩短止血时间,提高止血率,且安全可靠。
