[目的]观察与研究出血性中风急性期应用活血化瘀药物的疗效。[方法]对早期使用活血化瘀法治疗的临床研究进展总结。[结果]早期应用活血化瘀药对血肿吸收、神经功能恢复等方面都有较好的效果。[结论]我们要从中医的角度,早期应用活血化瘀药物,提高临床治疗效果。
