中药外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎30例

Topical Heat Treatment of Acute Gouty Artjritis 30 Cases

[目的]观察中药外敷治疗湿热瘀阻型痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。[方法]将60例患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例,中药外敷患处;对照组30例,采用外用青鹏剂治疗。2周为1疗程,1个疗程后评价疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组为90.0%,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后UA、ESR、CRP均有明显下降,与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01)。其中UA与对照组治疗后比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。[结论]中药外敷治疗湿热瘀阻型痛风性关节炎疗效好,副反应小,值得临床推广应用。

[ Objective ] To observe the effect of topical heat treatment of the clinical efficacy of stasis type of gouty arthihtis. [ Methods ] 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group （30 cases）, traditional Chinese medicine topical lesion ; control group of 30 cases, the use of topical Qing Peng Gao agent treatment. 2 weeks course of treatment, a course of treatment to evaluate its efficacy. [ Results ] The total ef- fective rate was 97.36% in the control group was 81.54% , the difference was significant （P 〈0.01 ）. After treatment, the UA, the ESR, CRP, were significantly decreased compared with before treatment, the differences were significant （P 〈0.01 ）. Where UA and the control group after treatment, the difference was significant （P 〈0.01）. [ Conclusion] TCM herbs stasis type heat treatment of gouty arthritis, the side effects is small, worthy of clinical application.
