鼠神经生长因子治疗中重度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病血清NSE、S100B的变化 被引量:1

Changes of serum neuron-specific enolase and S100B in neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy treated with mouse nerve growth factor

摘要 目的探讨鼠神经生长因子(mNGF)治疗中重度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)血清NSE、S100B变化及临床意义。方法 98例足月中重度HIE患儿随机分为两组,mNGF治疗组(49例)和常规治疗组(49例),治疗前以正常足月新生儿30例作为健康对照,两组HIE患儿在常规治疗方法上相同,mNGF治疗组在常规支持对症治疗的基础上肌注鼠神经生长因子30μg,1次/d,疗程10d。治疗前和治疗后检测HIE患儿血清NSE、S100B,并检测30例正常对照作为治疗前健康对照。结果治疗前mNGF治疗组血清NSE(145.24±44.59)、S100B(2.36±1.68)与常规治疗组血清NSE(156.92±45.03)、S100B(2.45±1.62)差异无统计学意义,两组HIE患儿NSE、S100B均高于健康对照血清NSE(29.00±8.96)、S100B(0.16±0.09)。经治疗后mNGF治疗组血清NSE(23.57±8.85)、S100B(0.22±0.14)低于常规治疗组血清NSE(36.75±16.00)、S100B(0.42±0.25)。结论 NSE、S100B可作为HIE检测指标之一,肌注mNGF对HIE有神经保护作用。 Objective To observe the changes of serum neuron--specific enolase and S100B in ne- onates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy treated with mouse nerve growth factor (mNGF) and its clinical significance. Methods 98 term neonates with HIE were randomly taken and divided into two groups: mNGF treatment group (49 cases) and routine treatment group (49 cases), 30 cases of normal newborns as control. The conventional treatment was the same in two groups of children with HIE, the neonates in mNGF treatment group were treated with mNGF 30ug on the basis of conventional treatment once a day for 10 days. The NSE and S100B in serum were determined in 98 term neonates with HIE be- fore and after the treatment, in the 30 cases of normal newborns before the treatment. Results The difference was not statistically significant, NSE(145.24±44.59),S100B (2.36±1.68) in mNGF treat- ment group and NSE(156.92±45.03), S100B (2.45±1.62) in routine treatment group, before treat- ment, while the NSE and S100B in neonates with HIE were significantly higher than NSE (29. 00 ±8.96), S100B (0.16±.09) in the control. The NSE(23.57±8.85), S100B (0.22±0. 14) in mNGF treatment group were significantly lower than NSE NSE(36.75±16.00), SI00B (0.42±0.25)in routine treatment group. Conclusions NSE, S100B can be used as indicators of HIE, and mNGF is efective in treating HIE.
