用透射比浊法测定唾液中的分泌型免疫球蛋白

Detection of SIgA in Saliva by Transmission Turbidimetry

目的 ]探讨透射比浊法在唾液 SIg A测定中的应用。 [方法 ]采用透射比浊法测定唾液中的 SIg A,并在工作曲线、检测下限、精密度、回收率方面与单相琼脂扩散法作了比较。[结果 ]透射比浊法相关系数 r=0 .9990 ,CV%为 3.8% ,回收率为 10 3.88% ;单相琼脂扩散法 r=0 .9732 ,CV%为 10 .1% ,回收率为 10 8.7%。 [结论 ]用透射比浊法测定唾液中的 SIg A简便、快速、准确 ,实用性较强。

Objective]To explore the application of transmission turbidimetry in detecting the level of SIgA in saliva [Methods]The level of SIgA in saliva was determined by transmission turbidimetry,which was compared with monophase agar diffusion assay in some characters,such as working curve,the lower detection limit,precision and recovery rate [Results]The obtained correlative efficient,coefficient of variation and recovery rate were 0 9990,3 8% and 103 8% for transmission turbidimety respectively,and 0 9732,10 1% and 108 8% for monophase agar diffusion assay respectively [Conclusion] Advantages of transmission turbidimetry wewe rapidly,simply and accurately detecting the level of SIgA in saliva,and presented perfect praticality
