老年股骨颈骨折22例治疗体会

Experience on clinical treatment of femoral neck fractures

目的探讨老年股骨颈骨折的临床治疗方法。方法对我院收治的22例老年股骨颈骨折的患者为研究对象,对所有患者均运用了围手术期的综合处理与手术内固定的方式进行治疗,并对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 22例患者在围手术期综合处理与手术内固定的处理下,均安全的渡过了手术期,并得到了较好的恢复,术后发现早期并发症的患者为4例,死亡1例。结论对于患有老年股骨颈骨折的患者而言,对其进行早期的围手术期综合处理以及手术治疗具有相当重要的现实意义,值得在临床中大力的推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical treatment of femoral neck fractures. Methods 22 cases of femoral neck fracture patients admitted to our hospital for the study, all patients with the use of perioperative treatment and fixation way treatment, and clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Re- suits 22 patients in the fixed handling of perioperative treatment with surgery, are safe through the op- erative period, and has been a good recovery after surgery found that patients with early complications in four cases, 1 death cases. Conclusions For patients suffering from femoral neck fracture, its early peri- operative treatment and surgical treatment has a very important practical significance, worthy of the pro- motion and application in clinical vigorously.
