摘要
目的探讨建构主义理论在护理实践技能教学中的运用效果。方法将102名学生随机分为对照组(50人)和实验组(52人)。对照组采用传统教学方法,实验组运用建构主义基础理论指导下的教学方法,即创设情境、导入新课、示教示范、分组练习、强化练习等进行教学;课程结束后评价教学效果。结果实验组理论成绩、实践技能显著优于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论运用建构主义理论进行护理实践技能教学有利于学生综合能力的提高。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of teaching nursing practice skill under the guidance of construction theory. Methods 102 students randomly were divided into control group and experimental group. Control group used traditional method, experimental group use construction theory, which was an environmental establishment. Results The experimental group, theoretical and technical performance is significantly better compared to control group (P 〈 0.01). Conclusions Nursing practice skill teaching with construction theory is beneficial for students' improvement of comprehensive capability.
