高职护生明基医院志工活动的组织与实施策略研究

Strategy on organization and application of volunteering activities of nursing students in BENQ Medical Center

我校与台资明基医院合作,进行工学结合人才培养模式的改革与探索,通过探索高职护理专业学生(护生)志工活动的组织与实施策略,可以培养五年制高职护理专业学生的奉献观念,提升她们的服务意识与服务水平,全面提高她们的综合职业素养,也进一步丰富了院校合作的形式与内涵。

Our college cooperated with Taiwan--funded BenQ Medical Center, engaging in the re- form and exploration of personnel training mode based on combination of working and learning. By ex- ploring the organization of the volunteers＇ activities developed by nursing students in higher vocational school and its implement strategy, their ideas of dedication may be cultivated, the awareness and level of service can be promoted and their comprehensive quality of the career would be improved; meanwhile, the form and intension of the collaboration between the school and the enterprise will be further enriched.
