护理干预对产后盆底功能康复的影响

Effect of nursing intervention for postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation

目的探讨分析护理干预措施对妇女产后盆底功能康复的影响。方法对在2011年9月～2012年3月间在我院进行盆底康复治疗的140例盆底功能障碍患者进行诸如盆底保护的健康教育、盆底功能检测、阴道哑铃训练等护理干预治疗,并观察患者盆底康复治疗后的临床效果。结果 140例患者中有83例患者得到治愈,治愈率为59.28%;总有效例数为124例,总有效率为88.57%;无效为16例,无效率为11.43%。结论对产后盆底功能障碍患者采取积极地护理干预治疗,可以有效恢复患者盆底功能,减轻轻度及中度子宫脱垂,阴道紧缩度增强,性生活质量提高。

Objective To investigate the impact of nursing interventions for postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation. Methods 140 cases of pelvic floor dysfunction were treated by nursing intervention in our hospital from September 2011 to March 2012, such as the health education of pelvic floor to pro- tection, pelvic floor function testing, vaginal dumbbell training , and observed the clinical effect in patients with pelvic floor rehabilitation. Results In 140 patients , 83 patients were cured , the cure rate was 59.28%; the total effective number was 124, total effective rate was 88.57%; invalid for 16 cases, ineffective rate of 11.43%. Conclusions Taking care intervention on postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction can restore the function of patients with pelvic floor, alleviate mild and moderate uterine prolapse, en- hance vaginal tightening degree, improve sexual quality of life.
