摘要
依据可持续发展理论 ,区域可持续发展系统一般由人口、资源、环境、经济和社会五个子系统组成。本文从四个方面 (人对资源环境的需求 ;资源环境的需求 ;经济发展的需求 ;社会发展的需求 )提出区域湖泊水资源可持续发展的指标体系 ,并用层次分析法计算各指标的权重 ,用于评价区域湖泊水资源可持续发展的保证程度。结果表明 :区域湖泊水资源可持续发展指标体系的 2 6个指标中 ,与人民群众生活息息相关的居民对水的满意程度 (P13)所占的权重最大 ,人均住宅面积(P4 6 )所占的权重居第二 ,技术进步贡献率 (P35)所占的权重居第三 ,犯罪率 (P4 8)所占的权重最小 ,这与可持续发展理论中“满足人的需求是可持续发展的核心”的观点一致。
Based on the theory of sustainable development, regional sustainable development system is made of five subsystems (population subsystem, resources subsystem ,environment subsystem ,economy subsystem and society subsystem).Index system of sustainable development of regional lake water resources is put forward from four aspects (demands from mankind,demands from resources and environment, demands from economy and demands from society). The weight of each index is calculated by AHP. The result may be used in evaluating the degree of sustainable development of regional lake water resources. It indicates that, among the 26 indexes of the index system of sustainable development of regional lake water resources, satisfactory degree with water supply is the most important, resident area per capita is the second, technological progress contribution ratio is the third and crime ratio is the last. This viewpoint is consistent with that of sustainable development theory.
