摘要
企业为了顺应技术与管理水平的快速变化,建立了"学习型组织"。使各类知识能够在企业内部扩散,从而提高了企业的经营管理水平。然而随着员工的离职等原因,容易导致知识向外扩散,培养了竞争对手,给企业带来严重的危害。预防知识扩散是企业在经营管理中永恒不变的话题,如何防止自己的知识被竞争对手学习,保持竞争优势需要从各方面入手,既要拥有高道德的员工,更要制度建设;既要培养员工的忠诚度,更要企业制定切实可行的战略,让企业与员工都有美好的愿景,让员工知道企业将有辉煌的未来,自己有很好的前途。通过多种措施的采取,内部知识的对外扩散一定有所降低。
In order to adapt to rapid changes in technology and management level, a number of enterprises establish "learning organization". It makes all kinds of knowledge spread within the enterprise to improve the enterprise's management level. But with employee job hopping and other reasons, it will easily lead to outward spread of knowledge, train up competitors and lead to serious harm to the enterprise. Preventing the spread of knowledge is eternal management topics. How to prevent own knowledge is being learned by competitors, and that enterprise maintains a competitive advantage needs multi-pronged approach. The measures taken are as follows. Enterprise should have high ethical employees, and have a sound system, and train staff loyalty, and develop the practical strategies, and have a better vision about enterprise and its employees, and so on. Through a variety of measures taken, the internal knowledge of the external diffusion will certainly decrease.
