Factors Affecting Hotel Security and Countermeasures of Safety Management

安全是酒店得以生存和发展的首要因素之一。对于酒店来说,没有安全就没有一切。从酒店运营的环境来看,存在着诸多影响安全运营的危险源。当前,虽说绝大部分酒店管理者都认识到安全工作的重要性,但在日常工作中却缺乏系统的安全知识和应对手段,造成酒店安全事故时有发生。因此,酒店业的管理者要树立科学的安全观念,应用系统工程理论查找酒店存在安全隐患的部位、分析隐患形成的原因,通过建立酒店职业安全管理体系,对酒店存在的安全隐患进行预防和控制,实现酒店安全运营。

Safety is the primary factor of the hotel＇s survival and development. The hotel environment like people＇s daily routine life. Likewise, the unsafe accidents which happened in social life may occur in a hotel. The hotel staff members must realize the hidden unsafety problems, the formation reasons of security risks and take preventive measures. The staff must establish scientific concept of security. Saying from the people-oriented perspective, safety management is more important than business management. This article analysis the unsafe factors existing in hotel, try to find out the causes and proposed the corresponding solution.
