摘要
基于虚拟仪器技术,开发了动车组轮对轴承齿轮箱以及牵引电机的测试系统。系统通过传感器检测轴承齿轮箱以及牵引电机的振动信号,对振动信号进行各种谱分析,对于动车走行部早期的损伤进行诊断,并对数据进行保存。
Based on the Vl technology,the testing system of EMU bogies is developed.In the system,the mechanical vibration sig-nal of roller bearing,gear case and traction motor is tested by sensor,the different forms of spectrum can be analyzed.The early deformer of running parts can be detected and the testing date can be stored in the database.
