营养盐对三角褐指藻脂肪酸含量与百分组成的影响 被引量:22

摘要 通过对三角褐指藻分别在硅不足、维生素不足、氮不足、磷不足等不同营养盐条件下培养的对比试验 ,发现随氮营养盐不足加剧 ,TPUFA含量大幅度下降 ,由对照组 42 1 3%降至 2 9 86%( 50 %N )和 2 0 1 7%( 5%N) ,EPA含量则由对照组 2 1 4 1 %降至 1 2 94%( 50 %N)和 1 0 54%( 5%N)。磷不足能导致TFA的增加和积累 ,但TPUFA(包括EPA)占总脂肪酸的百分比却呈现下降趋势。硅不足和维生素不足条件下 ,三角褐指藻体内的TPUFA均有提高 ,分别由 42 1 3%升至 43 4 8%和 45 86%。 The variations in the fatty acids contents and compositin in P.tricornutum were studied under nutrient (Si, Vitamine, N and P) starved culture conditions. In N starveling experiments, TPUFA contents decreased from 42 13%(controlled) to 29 86%(50%N) and 20 17%(5%N) and 10 54%(5%N), P starvation will lead to the increase of total fatty acids (TFA), but the percentage of TPUFA tend to decrease. Si and Vitamin starvation will result in the increase of TPUFA( from 42 13% to 43 48% and 45 86%, respectively).
