摘要
1998年 7月中旬 ,山东省日照市东港区石臼扇贝养殖区出现养殖的栉孔扇贝大面积死亡。死亡顺序由岸边开始向里面蔓延 ;死亡程度岸边大于里面 ,个体大的大于个体小的。为弄清扇贝死亡的原因 ,1 998年 8月 ,进行了该水域的环境综合调查。本文报道了污染环境的调查结果 ,COD平均值为 0 98%mg/L ;石油类为6 2 7μg/L ;挥发酚为 1 69μg/L ;悬浮物为 1 0 64mg/L ;Cu为 6 40 μg/L ;Zn为 9 1 3μg/L ;Pb为 4 1 7μg/L ;Cd为 1 40 μg/L ;Hg为 0 0 35μg/L ;As为 0 69μg/L。各污染物浓度与 1 980年调查结果基本一致 ,未出现污染现象 ,说明扇贝死亡与环境污染无关。
The cultured Chlamys farreri in the aquacultural area of Shijiu in Donggang District of Rizhao City in Shandong Province died in the middle July of 1998. The death were from the shore to sea and the death level of large body scallop was higher than that of small. In order to find the reason, the environment of the aquacultural area was studied in August 1998. The results shown that COD concentration was 0 65~1 78 mg/L, mean value was 0 98 mg/L; oil 3 61~17 89 μg/L, mean value 6 27 μg/L; phenol 0~3 65 μg/L, mean value 1 69 μg/L; suspended matter 7 2~15 2 mg/L, mean value 10 64 μg/L; copper 1 47~29 95 μg/L, mean value 6 40 μg/L; zinc 6 44~17 81 μg/L, mean value 9 13 μg/L; lead 0~11 05 μg/L, mean value 4 17 μg/L; cadmium 0 25~2 28 μg/L, mean value 1 40 μg/L; mercury 0 028~0 042 μg/L, mean value 0 035 μg/L; arsenic 0 45~1 20 μg/L, mean value 0 69 μg/L. The concentrations of all pollutants were basically same as that in 1980, the pollution was not occured, so that, the death of scallop were not relationship to marine pollution.
