苯酚类化合物对日本长腿蛙蝌蚪的急性毒性与构效关系研究 被引量:14

ACUTE TOXICOLOGY OF PHENOLS TO RANA JAPONICA TADPOLES AND QSAR STUDY

摘要 利用半静态法测定了21种取代苯酚类化合物对日本长腿蛙蝌蚪的24h急性致死毒性(24h-LC_(50)),并进行了定量结构活性相关研究.研究表明:大部分酚类化合物的毒性表现为极性麻醉作用.影响毒性的因素有化合物的疏水性。 Acute 24H-LC50 of 21 phenols to Rana Japonica Tadpole was determined with semi-static method and QSARs were developed. Polar narcosis proved to be the mechanism of toxic action and excellent QSAR model was developed with the combined application of parameters describing hy-drophobicity, electric properties and dissociation behavior.
