摘要
本研究测定了三苯基锡(TPT)和三丁基锡(TBT)对大型蚤(Daphnia magna)的急性毒性及慢性毒性,同时研究了环境因素(腐殖酸、硬度、酸度)对TPT和TBT的24h-EC_(50)的影响 结果表明,TPT和TBT对大型蚤的24h-EC_(50)分别为13.33μgSn·1^(-1)和3.91μgSn·1^(-1).慢性实验结果表明,TPT对大型蚤的生长繁殖有一定的抑制作用,各种环境因素对TPT和TBT的24h-EC_(50)有很大影响.
The acute and chronic toxic effects of triphenyltin (TPT) and acute toxic effects of tributyltin (TBT) on Daphnia magna were studied. The influence of environmental factors (hardness, hu-mic acid, acid) on 24h-EC50 was also discussed. The results showed that 24h-EC50 of TPT and TBT on D. magna were 13.33μg·l-1 and 3.91μg·l-1 respectively. Furthermore the acid, hardness , humic acid all had influence on the 24h-EC50. The results of chronic test disclosed that TPT inha-bited the growth and reproduction of D. magna. The MATC of TPT was 0-1 .00μg·l-1.
