外侧切口结合锁定加压钢板桥接技术治疗肩胛骨骨折疗效分析 被引量：2

摘要 肩胛骨骨折占全身骨折的0.5%～1.0%,随着交通事故及建筑事故等高能量暴力损伤的增多,其发病率呈上升趋势[1].以往肩胛骨骨折多采取保守治疗,但疗效并不满意.随着对肩胛骨骨折认识的不断深入和骨科诊疗技术及内固定材料的不断进步,手术被越来越广泛地应用于治疗肩胛骨骨折[2].近年来,我院采用外侧切口有限显露骨折部位,同时应用锁定加压钢板桥接技术治疗肩胛骨骨折,取得了较好的疗效,现报道如下.
