摘要
遥感技术具有的宏观、综合、动态、快速的特点 ,成为现代资源科学研究中最有效的手段之一。从 70年代以来 ,卫星遥感技术在资源调查、监测中发挥了重要的作用 ,为区域资源系统空间信息的定位研究、资源动态的连续快速监测和结构、功能的定量综合分析提供了强有力的技术支撑。进入 90年代以后 ,全球变化研究成为国际热点 ,对遥感技术的发展提出了新的挑战 ,资源遥感迈进了全球变化研究的新阶段 ,呈现出一些新的特点和趋势 : ①多层、立体、粗细精互补的遥感对地长期观测网正在形成 ; ②遥感、地理信息系统、全球定位系统的一体化综合集成 ; ③面临基于高速计算机和网络化的数字地球新时代 ;④可持续发展成为资源遥感应用的新目标。
Remote sensing technology has been one of the most effective approaches for resources science study with advantages of large scale,integration,dynamics and fastness.Satellite remote sensing has played an important role in resources inventory and monitoring since 1970s.Its' been the strong support on the areas of spatial analyses of regional resources,continuous and fast monitoring and integrated quantitative analyses for the resources structure and function.Global change study has been the research frontier of resources remote sensing since 1990s.There are some new characteristics and trends with the development of resources remote sensing.1)A multiplatforms,diverse earth observing satellites network with coarse,fine and very high resolution is forming.2)The integration of remote sensing,geographic information system (GIS) and global positioning system (GPS).3)A Digital Earch new era is coming with the high speed computer and Internet.4)The sustainable development has been the new target of remote sensing applications.
