开关电容变换器在直流驱动电路中应用的研究

为了探讨开关电容DC/DC变换器在直流驱动电路中应用,文章从开关电容DC/DC变换器模型及工作原理进行了分析和研究,采用一种适用于桥式电路为高端驱动电路的供电自举电容充电充电的电容变换器,并用PSPICE软件对主电路进行仿真实验,用PROTEUS软件对单片机进行仿真,取得具有较高的可信度,对直流驱动研究有一定的借鉴作用。

In order to explore the switched capacitor DC / DC converter in DC driving circuit in the application,the article from the switched capacitor DC / DC converter model and working principle was analyzed and studied,having used a suit-able bridge type circuit for high-end driving circuit power supply charging bootstrap capacitor charging capacitor convert- er, and having used the PSPICE software on the main circuit simulation experiment,having used PROTEUS software for single-chip simulation,obtained has high reliability,DC drive research has a certain reference.
