摘要
针对重油催化裂化油浆的特点,开发了以旋流分离和过滤分离相结合的油浆净化技术。首先用旋流器作为预处理设备改善油浆过滤的条件,然后采用过滤法进一步净化油浆,从而达到令人满意的净化效果,使过滤系统实现长周期的连续运行。工业试验结果表明,该技术能有效降低油浆固体颗粒含量,固体颗粒脱除率达到95%以上,取得了较好的经济效益。
Abstract Considering the nature of FCC slurry oil, a new technology which combining cyclone separation with filtration for the slurry oil purification was developed, in which, the slurry oil can be pre-separated with cyclone before being filtered for further purification. Industrial application shows that this technology can reduce slurry ash content effectively, and make ash removal rate over 95% and brings good economic benefits.
