摘要 丰田已经从召回、地震、洪水等阴影中走出来了吗? During this past Valentines Day Dong Changzheng made a very romantic gesture. However,interestingly enough the recipient of the gesture wasn't his wife,but the female workers at Toyota Motor(China) Investment Co.,Ltd.On each and every one of these employee's desk he placed a single red rose. Something of a maverick,Dong Changzheng works extremely hard.Entering Toyota in 2011, this executive director joined at a time of troubles for the company.Not only was Toyota losing ground globally,faced with constant doubts concerning the quality of their products,they were also overshadowed by other strong competitors within the Chinese market.In 2011,Toyota only sold 883400 vehicles in China,a growth rate of only a little over 4%. In order to walk out from underneath this shadow abroad and in China,current Toyota President Akio Toyoda began carrying out a series of reforms.'The main question is what direction do we want to take?' said Dong Changzheng during his interview with China Entrepreneur Magazine.
