上海市运动员文化教育现状与对策

On Status Quo with Measures Taken for Athletes′ Cultural Pedagogy in Shanghai

采用问卷调查、访谈等研究方法,对上海市运动员的文化教育现状进行了调研与分析。在此基础上提出对策:积极转变运动员的培养理念;增强体育部门与教育部门的沟通与合作;探索体教结合的新路径;建立运动员文化教育督察机制;提升文化课教师的教学水平;加快运动员文化教育的课程建设。

By using the research methods of questionnaire investigation, interview etc, it is analyzed and deliberated in this paper the status quo of athletes＇ culture pedagogy in Shanghai. Some proposals were thus worked put as follows. Firstly, it is necessary to transform the idea of athletes＇ cultivating pedagogy accompanied by the better communication and cooperation between cultural and sports administration. Secondly, there is need to seek out a new way to combine sports and education. Thirdly, joint conference and supervise mechanism on the athletes＇ culture pedagogy shall be constructed with no delay. Finally, effort is to be made to promote the standard of teachers on cultivating pedagogy through reconstructing the athletes＇ pedagogy curriculum, etc.
