摘要
目的:研究载脂蛋白B(ApoB)基因多态性在本地区2型糖尿病患者中的分布及其与血脂的关系。方法:运用聚合酶链反应一限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法检测41例2型糖尿病患者及60例正常对照者的ApoB基因型。结果:两组X+和E-等位基因频率分别为0.085,0.017和0.11,0.033(P<0.01)。糖尿病组血脂总胆固醇(CH)、甘油三脂(TC)。低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL一ch)水平均高于对照组(P<0、01);而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL一ch)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论;ApoB的X+和E-等位基因可能是2型糖尿病和高脂血症的一个危险因子。
Objective: To investigate the relationship getween the polymorphism of apolipoproteinB (ApoB) gene and type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) and its serum lipid changes. Methods: The ApoB genetype in 41 type 2 diabetes mellitus and 60 normal control subjects were determined by polymerase chain reaction - restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR - RFLP). Results: The frequencies of X+ and E- alleies in these two groups were respectively 0. 085, 0. 017 and 0. 11, 0. 033 (P < 0. 01). The levels of serum cholesterol (CH), triglyceride (re) and low density lipopro tein - cholesterol (LDL - ch) in type 2 DM patients were significantly higher than control subjects (p < 0. 01), and the levels of high density lopoprotein - cholesterol (HDL - ch) were lower than control (P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The results suggest that X+ and E- alleies probably serve as risk factors for type 2 DM and hyperlipidendas.
