摘要
从筛分效率、总错配物含量和粒度分配曲线等方面,对比分析了常用的振动弧形筛和德瑞克高频细筛对细粒煤的筛分效果,薛湖选煤厂成功地将德瑞克高频细筛应用到选煤厂细粒煤筛分工艺中,对TBS分选溢流进行筛分,取得了良好的脱泥降灰效果。
Analyzed and comparison are the conventional vibrating sieve bend and Deruike high-frequency vibration screen regarding the performance index of fine coal slime screening as screening efficiency,total mis-placed material and size distribution curve;Xuehu Coal Preparation successfully used the Deruike screen in fine slime screening,in that the overflow of TBS separator was classified and a good result of ash reduction attained,which could be of reference for upgrading quantity and quality of clean coal.
