摘要
独立学院作为一种新型办学模式,在我国高校教育体制发展中占有重要地位。文章针对独立学院发展面对的新形势、新挑战,以及当前教学管理队伍存在的现实不足,对如何加强独立学院教学管理队伍建设提出树立"以人为本"的教育教学管理理念、严格教学管理人员准入制度、健全教学管理人员培训制度、实施教学管理人员长效奖惩机制的相应策略,为独立学院切实加强教学管理队伍建设提供可资借鉴的思路。
The independent college is a new running mode of higher education system in our country;that occupy the important position in the development of higher education system.According to the new situation and new challenges of the development of independent college,as well as the reality of existence insufficiency of the current teaching management team,the article provide the corresponding strategies on how to strengthen the teaching management team construction of independent college,put forward to establish "people-oriented" management philosophy,strict the access system of teaching management personnel,perfect the training system of teaching management staff,implement the long-term incentive mechanism of teaching management staff,all these provide a useful thought for strengthening the construction of the teaching management staff of independent college.
