摘要
在大学德育中,"教中学"离不开"做中学"的演练与内化,"做中学"离不开"教中学"的规范与引导,只有二者实现了良性耦合,才能充分发挥大学德育系统的整体功能。要实现二者的良性耦合,一方面要找准耦合点,充分发挥生活实际、专业实际和社会实际的链接作用;另一方面,踩稳平衡木,保持"教中学"输入与"做中学"输出的对等性;此外,还要注重反思链,通过"做中学"反思、内化和提升"教中学"的内容。
In the university moral education,the learning by teaching can't do without the drills and internalization,the learning by the teaching can't do without the standard and guide,only the two to achieve benign interaction that can give full play to the whole function of the system of university moral education.In order to achieve a healthy coupling of the two aspects,on the one hand,we should identify the coupling point,give full play to the link role of the life reality,professional reality and social reality;on the other hand,step on the steady balance,keep the equivalence of the input in the learning by teaching and the output in the learning by doing;in addition,we also pay attention to the reflection of chain,and improve the content of the learning by teaching through rethinking and internalization.
