摘要
从系统论的角度,在对课堂教学的构成要素、学生学习行为进行分析的基础上,从行为、方式、习得、作用、目标等五个层面构建学生主体性教学质量过程动态系统模型,并得出以下结论:课堂教学质量是系统相关要素共同作用的结果、学生与教师分别是课堂教学质量提高的关键要素和最重要的辅助要素、学生的学与教师的教的有机融合是课堂教学质量提高的根本保障。
From the angle of system theory,on the basis of the inscape factors and students' learning behavior of classroom teaching,the article constructed the quality process dynamic system model for students' subjectivity teaching from five aspects of the act,manner,acquisition,function,target,and draws the following conclusion: the quality of classroom teaching is the combined results of related system factors,the students and teachers are the key elements and most important auxiliary elements to improve the quality of classroom teaching,the organic integration of the learning of students and the teaching of the teachers is the fundamental guarantee to improve the quality of classroom teaching.
