摘要 压力计作为必要的井下测试仪器,广泛应用于油气井测试作业中,录取井下压力和温度数据。针对射孔和压裂,生产厂商研制和生产出采点率非常快的压力快速反应压力计——脉冲压力计(PULSE tool),捕捉射孔或压裂瞬间压力变化。通过专业软件分析瞬间压力变化,评价射孔和压裂效果,优化作业程序;针对常规的压力/温度梯度测试,停点深度点多、停点时间长、深度数据不连续等情况,在同一支压力计的基础上,加载一个热敏电阻传感器,生产厂商研制和生产出温度快速反应压力计——梯度压力计。通过合并地面深度记录仪提供的深度数据,能够提供连续的压力/温度剖面,确定井筒液面的准确深度。同时,适合于分析气举阀的工作状态、以及与温度变化有关的辅助分析。本文概述这两种新型压力计的特点以及在射孔和压裂、压力/温度梯度测试中的应用。 The pressure gauge,as the necessary down-hole testing instrument, is widely used in oil and gas well test operation,recording the down-hole pressure and temperature data.For perforating and fracturing operation,pressure quick reaction pressure gauge with rapid sampling rate is used,that is pulse pressure,to capture momentary pressure variation of the perforating and fracturing.For conventional pressure/temperature gradient test,using temperature fast reaction pressure gauge.That is gradient pressure gauge,to overcome situations of that the depth points of stopping point are numerous,time of stopping point is long,and the depth data is discontinuous.By combining the depth data provided by the surface depth recorder,continuous pressure/temperature profile can be provided,to determine the precise depth of well-bore liquid level.At the same time,it is suitable for the analysis of gas lift valve working condition,and the aided analysis related to temperature changes.The features of the pulse pressure and the gradient pressure gauge and their applications in the perforating and fracturing operation are introduced briefly.
