摘要
在井下作业施工中,由于操作不慎或油水井正常生产过程中,出现过多次井下管柱砂卡、砂埋事故,小修作业往往无能为力,通常采用反扣钻杆采取套铣、打捞、倒扣的方法,在事故处理中,如果遇到套管变形,或弯斜井段、落鱼仅靠套管内壁等特殊情况时,常见的套捞倒磨无能为力,为此研制一种新型掏砂冲管,根据内冲管冲砂的原理,利用空心抽油杆加自制变扣与油管组合成冲洗管柱,解决了无内冲管的情况下,完成管内掏砂的目的。
During down hole operations,due to careless operation or the normal production process of oil and water wells,many incidents have been appeared of down hole string being sand stuck or buried by sand,and small repair jobs are often powerless,while methods of milling,fishing and inverted knot for left-hand drill pipe are commonly used.In case of special situations of casing deformation,curved or inclined well intervals,or the fishing being close to the inner casing wall,common sets of sleeve,fishing,mill,inverted knot are useless,so that a new sand washed tube is developed.According to the principle of the inner tube to wash sand,by using the hollow rod and self-made convert knot to combine the wash string with tube,the purpose of washing sand in the tube is completed on condition of without inner washing pipe.
