The use and maintenance of UPS battery

应熟练掌握不间断电源(UPS)用电池的使用规则:定期充放电,及时更换废旧电池,严格执行使用规定。电池工作中,保持适宜的环境温度,正确选择电池,不用UPS时应关机。按操作规程对电池进行维护:防尘和定期除尘,关注发现和处理落后电池,清洁并检测电池两端电压、温度,定期检查电池的各项指标,排除安全隐患,延长电池的使用寿命。

Service regulations of battery for uninterruptible power supply（UPS） should be mastered： regular charge and discharge, changing used-out battery, strictly following the using regulations. In operating state, battery should be of right choose and keep in suitable ambient temperature, UPS should be shutdown when in rest. In accordance with the regulations, battery should be main- tained carefully： dust prevention and dust extraction should be done regularly; detecting and disposing of backward battery; cleaning and testing the voltage, temperature,checking up and meeting the index indicators of the battery on time to eliminate the hidden dangers to extend the service life of the battery.
