摘要
图书馆读者服务部门内部业务信息的沟通与交流是图书馆工作中易被忽视但很有必要的组成部分。从图书馆与馆员两个方面入手,剖析了读者服务信息交流不畅的原因,对信息交流机制的构建提出了建议,旨在解决沟通问题以便更好地发挥图书馆的作用。
The communication of internal service information among library's reader service departments, which is a necessary part of library work, is easy to be overlooked. Starting from two aspects of the library and the librarian, this paper analyzes the reasons why the reader service information communication is not smooth, and puts forward some suggestions on the establishment of information communication mechanism for solving the issue of communication and giving full play to library' s function.
