摘要
绩效化管理是人本化管理实践中的结晶,人本化管理是绩效化管理目的的体现。人本化管理验证了绩效化管理的科学性,并补充和完善了绩效化管理的内容。而人本化绩效管理的辩证关系在高校图书馆人力资源可持续发展中具有重要作用,要充分发挥其作用,必须防止沦入孤立化和形式化两个误区。
The performance management is the fruit of the practice of humanistic management, and the humanistic management is the embodiment of the purpose of performance management. The humanistic management verifies the scientific nature of the performance management,and also supplement and improve the contents of performance management. The dialectical relationship of the humanistic performance management plays an important role in the sustainable development of library' s human resources. In order to give fully play to its functions, must prevent fall into two erroneous zones of the isolation and formalization.
