茶色素对缺血性心脑血管病血浆ET及CGRP的影响

Effect of tea pigment on ET and CGRP of plasma in patients with ischemic caradio_cereberovascular disease

目的 :探讨茶色素对缺血性心脑血管病患者血浆内皮素 (ET)、降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)的影响。方法 :用放射免疫分析法检测32例缺血性心脑血管病患者茶色素治疗前后血浆ET、CGRP含量的变化。结果 :治疗后与治疗前比较 ,血浆ET及E/C比值显著降低 (P<0.01) ,血浆CGRP显著升高 (P<0.01)。结论 :茶色素有明确的降低ET。

Objective:To observe the effect of tea pigment on endothelin(ET)and calcitonin generelated peptide(CGRP)in patients with ischemic cardio_cereberovascular disease. Methods:Plasma ET and CGRP levels of 32 patients were measured in ischemic cardio_cereberovascular disease by using radioimmunoassay.Results:The data before and after treatment show that the level of plasma ET and the ratio of E to C were significantly reduced(P<0.01),and increased the level of plasma CGRP(P<0.01).Conclusion:The tea pigment had remarkable effects of reducing the level of plasma ET,and increasing the level of plasma CGRP.
