摘要
通过对国家自然科学基金项目申报与立项因子的分析,提出了一些建议和看法,为今后申报国家自然科学基金项目提供借鉴。
Through the analysis on factors for declaring and approving national nature science foundation projects, this paper puts forward some suggestions and opinions for providing some references for the future application of national nature science foundation projects.
