太原市产业集群技术联盟发展现状及其对策研究

Study on the Current Situation of and Countermeasures for the Development of Industrial Cluster Technology Alliance in Taiyuan City

建立产业集群技术联盟,是建设区域创新体系与科技基础条件平台的重要内容,其目的是引导产业的技术进步,增强企业的自主创新能力,充分发挥"产学研"结合在行业技术创新中的支撑和引领作用。从太原市产业集群技术联盟的发展现状入手,分析了产业集群技术联盟存在的问题,并提出了改善对策。

The establishment of industrial cluster technology alliance is an important content of the construction of regional innovation center and sci-tech basic conditions platform, and its purpose is to guide the industry＇s technological progress, enhance enterprise＇s independent innovation ability, and give full play to the functions of the integration of enterprises, universities and research institutes in leading and supporting industry＇ s technological innovation. Starting from the present situation of Taiyuan＇ s Industrial Cluster Technology Alliance, this paper analyzes some problems existing in industrial cluster technology alliance, and puts forward some countermeasures for improvement.
