摘要
目的:观察颅脑损伤后面瘫的康复治疗效果。方法 :急性期以西药治疗为主。康复期以康复综合治疗为主。并用针灸 ,按摩功能锻炼。结果 :48例治愈47例 ,治愈率97.9%。治愈平均16.7d ,2周内康复 (73.8% )。结论 :早期施以康复综合治疗有提早缓解症状、缩短病程。
Objective:To effect of healing treatment in facial nerve paralysis patients after craniocerebral injury.Methods:Westem medicine was employed mainly in acute period and healing comprehensive treament was employed in convalescent period.To acupuncture on the points of Yifeng ,Xiaguan,Taiyang,Fengchi,Taicong,etconce perday.To massage on the points of Yingtang,Zuanzhu,Xiaguan,Yingxiang,etconcd perday and last 1 to 2 minutes every point.Training of function,including yawning,opening eyes and frown,last 15 to 20 minutes twice perday.Results:47 cases were cured in 48 cases ,the curing rate was 97.9%and the curing time averaged 16.7days.It was 73.8%% that got well in two weeks.Conclusion:To employ healing comprehensive treatments early redounded to remitting symptoms early ,reducing the course of diseases and raising the curing rate.
