摘要
汽轮发电机基座的设计是发电厂结构设计中关键的工作之一。在国内某660MW汽轮发电机基座的设计中,为保证基座的设计质量,分别应用大型有限元软件Ansys建立实体有限元模型、利用Sap2000建立杆件模型对该基座进行分析对比,获得了该新型机组具有良好动力特性的基座结构形式,可供同类机组设计参考。
The pedestal design of steam turbine is one of the key works in the structural design of power plant. In the pedestal design process for one 660 MW steam turbine in China, the comparative analysis was investigated by building the solid finite element model with Ansys and the discrete model with Sap 2000, in order to ensure design quality. This paper presented the suitable structure of the pedestal with good dynamic characteristics for this steam turbine, which could be a reference for the design of similar units.
