摘要
在海南联网500kV海底电缆建设工程管理过程中,通过在工程建设中实施程序化管理、格式化管理,以及建立信息采集及沟通机制,有效地实现了工程规范化管理。该工程规范化管理经验,对于其他涉外输变电工程项目具有参考意义。
During the construction management of 500 kV Hainan interconnecting submarine cable project, the project standardized management system has been built up by the implementation of procedure and formatting management system and the establishment of information acquisition and communication mechanism. This project standardization management experience can provide references for other foreign power transmission project.
