Creep Test and Temperature Drop Value of Conductor with Large Section Ratio of Aluminum-Steel

摘要 通过对5种型号的大铝钢截面比导线蠕变特性的试验研究,得出铝钢截面比为11.34~14.47的5种钢芯铝绞线的蠕变特性曲线。根据蠕变量计算分析了导线的降温值,推荐铝钢截面比为11.34~14.47的导线的降温值为25℃,此结果可为线路施工和设计提供参考。 ABased on th creep test between five kinds of conductor with large section ratio of aluminum-steel, the creep curves of five aluminum-cable steel-reinforced (ACSR) wires were drawn, whose aluminum-steel ratios were 11.34 - 14. 47. According to the value of creep deformation, this paper calculated the value of conductor's temperature drop, and suggested that the value of temperature drop should be 25℃ when the aluminum-steel ratios were 11.34 - 14. 47, which could provide references for the construction and design of the transmission line.
