丙戊酸钠治疗颞下颌关节紊乱综合征20例

Sodium valproate for treatment of temporomandibular joint disturbance syndrome in 20 Cases

目的观察丙戊酸钠对颞下颌关节紊乱综合征治疗的临床效果。方法 20例患者采用丙戊酸钠治疗,以咬合垫治疗为对照组。结果丙戊酸钠组治愈率为40%,显效率为35%,总有效率为100%;咬合垫组治愈率为24%,显效率为57%,总有效率为100%。结论丙戊酸钠治疗颞下颌关节紊乱综合征疗效好、使用方便。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of sodium valproate on temporomandibular joint disturbance syndrome （TMJDS） in 20 cases. Methods Twenty cases were treated with sodium valproatet, whereas the other twenty-one cases applied occlusal pad as the control group. Results In sodium valproate group, the recovery rate was 40%, excellence rate was 75%, total effective rate was 100% ; those in control group were 24%, 76% and 100%, respectively. Conclusion Sodium valproate was one of effective and convenient methods for therapy of TMJDS.
