整体护理模式病房患者对护理工作满意度的测评与分析

目的 :测评开展整体护理工作前后模式病房住院患者对护理工作的满意度。方法 :通过调查量表对患者进行问卷式调查。结果 :实施整体护理工作后 ,患者对护士的信任度增加 ,护患之间沟通加强 ,患者获得了保健知识 ,家属陪护减少 ,对护士满意率明显升高 ;护士学习业务的积极性、主动性提高 ,独立工作能力和工作责任感加强 ,专业技术水平得到提高 ;医生对护士的工作信任感增强 ,医护间配合更为默契。结论 :建立整体护理模式试点病房是保证医院整体护理工作顺利开展的关键。
