角膜内皮镜与光学相干断层成像技术测量高度近视中央角膜厚度 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较角膜内皮镜与光学相干断层成像技术测量中央角膜厚度值的差异性。方法分别用角膜内皮镜与光学相干断层成像仪测量51例(102只眼)近视患者的中央角膜厚度,分析两种方法测量值之间的差异。结果角膜内皮镜的测厚结果为(537.65±33.65)μm,光学相干断层成像技术测得的结果为(562.67±30.40)μm,差异有显著性(P<0.05);将102只眼的中央角膜厚度,按角膜内皮镜的测厚结果分为3组,各组间两种测量方法的差值分别为(23.00±8.62)μm、(27.61±13.50)μm和(21.13±9.37)μm,两种测量方法在不同角膜厚度的范围内的差值也有显著性(P<0.05)。结论两种方法对于同一眼中央角膜厚度的测量值在统计学上差异有显著性,角膜内皮镜的测厚值小于光学相干断层成像技术;光学相干断层成像技术有望成为目前最为精确可靠的角膜厚度测量方法之一。 Objective To investigate the differences of central corneal thickness ( CCT ) in myopic patients that measured with Topcon sp. 3000p specular microscope and optical coherence tomography (OCT). Methods CCT was measured in 102 eyes of 51 myopic patients with both specular microscope and OCT. The results were treated statis- tically and the differences were analyzed. Results The CCT average was ( 537.65±33.65 )μm when measured with specular microscope and ( 562.67±30.40 )μm with OCT. The difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ) . The measurements of 102 eyes were divided into 3 groups according to CCT results got by specular micro- scope. The difference was ( 23.00±8.62)μm in group 1, ( 27.61±13.50)μm in group 2 and ( 21.13±9.37)μm in group 3. Significant differences were found among these groups. Conclusions The CCT is smaller when measured with specular microscope than with OCT, OCT may be the most accurate and reliable method for determi- nation of CCT.
