摘要
目的分析绝经后子宫内膜息肉的临床特点,探讨适宜的治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2005年1月至2010年1月住院的70例绝经后子宫内膜息肉的临床资料,均做B超检查,且均经宫腔镜检查并做宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉切除术。结果子宫内膜良性息肉65例,子宫内膜息肉癌变2例,子宫内膜息肉非典型增生3例。结论绝经后子宫内膜息肉以良性病变为主,但有癌变的可能。明确诊断需宫腔镜结合组织病理学诊断。宫腔镜下息肉切除是治疗绝经后子宫内膜息肉的常规方法,若发现癌变应尽早行子宫全切术。
Objective To analyze the Clinical Characteristics of postmenopausal endometrial polyps and discuss the suitable treatment. Methods The clinical data of 70 patients with postmenopausal endometrial polyps in our hospital from January 2005 to January 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. Those patients were all examined by ultrasonogra- phy and underwent hysteroscopie endometrial polypeetomy. Results 65 cases were benign polyps, 2 cases were car- cinoma, 3 cases were atypical hypcrplasia. Conclusion Most postmenopansal endometrial polyps are benign lesions, but there is possibility of malignant transformation. Hysteroscopy combined with histopathology methods is needed to make definite diagnosis. Hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy is routine treatment and hysterectomy should be chosen early in the case of canceration.
