六味地黄丸联合霉酚酸酯与糖皮质激素治疗难治性肾病综合征

Liuwei Dihuang Pill Combined Mycophenolate Mofetil and Glucocorticoid in the Treatment of Refractory Nephrotic Syndrome

目的观察六味地黄丸联合霉酚酸脂(MMF)和糖皮质激素(以下简称激素)治疗难治性肾病综合征(RNS)的疗效及不良反应。方法将64例RNS患者随机分成观察组32例和对照组32例。两组均使用MMF联合激素治疗;观察组同时加服六味地黄丸。结果观察组总有效率93.75%,对照组总有效率81.25%,观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);尿蛋白定量、血浆白蛋白、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)等指标两组均改善显著(P<0.05,P<0.01),但均以观察组为优(P<0.05);其复发率以观察组为低(P<0.05)。观察组出现的阴虚火旺症候积分值及不良反应的发生率均较对照组低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论六味地黄丸能显著提高霉酚酸酯和激素对RNS的疗效,减少其复发,并能降低不良反应。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect and adverse reactions of combination of Liuwei Dihuang Pill combined with mycophenolate mofetil（MMF） and glucocorticoid in the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome.Methods 64 patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.In control group,MMF and glucocorticoid were used,while in observational group,Liuwei Dihuang Pill was used additionally.Results The effective rate was 93.75% and 81.25% in two groups.Conclusion The combination of Liuwei Dihuang Wan,MMF and glucocorticoid is effective in the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome.
