角膜异物-栗壳刺的治疗体会

The Treatment Experience of Corneal Foreign Body-chestnut Rind Needling

目的对角膜异物-栗壳刺的治疗经验及疗效进行总结。方法本组75例(81眼)患者在表面麻醉后,显微镜下用一次性注射针头剔除角膜异物和局麻下切开角膜缘前房取出,术后进行预防感染治疗。结果 1次全部摘出者65例(71眼),占87.65%;分2次摘出10例(10眼),占12.35%。术后无1例并发感染(除入院时已发生眼内炎者外),术后视力恢复≥0.5有69例(75眼),达92.60%。结论栗壳刺致角膜异物伤,应及时诊治,取出方法得当,术后预防感染。

Objective The experience and effect of the treatment of corneal foreign bodies-chestnut rind needling.Methods 75 cases（81 eyes） were removed corneal foreign body under the microscope after epidermal anesthesia using disposable needle,and under local anesthesia,incision anterior chamber of corneal limbus.To prevent infection after surgery.Results All the extraction of 65 cases（71 eyes）,accounting for 87.65%,2 times to pick out of 10 cases（10 eyes）,accounting for 12.35%.There were no cases of concurrent infections（in addition to the occurrence of endophthalmitis by the time of admission）,visual acuity ≥0.5 up to 92.60% in 69 cases（75 eyes）.Conclusion Corneal foreign body which was injury by chestnut rind needling should timely diagnosis and treatment to remove the right way,and after surgery to prevent infection.
