摘要
目的探讨卵巢囊肿超声引导穿刺术的疗效。方法应用超声引导卵巢囊肿穿刺,抽吸囊液后,随后注入无水酒精,观察、检测囊肿变化并准确记录。结果 70例卵巢囊肿中,治愈63例(90.4%),显效4例(5.71%),无效3例(4.29%),总有效率(95.71%)。结论卵巢囊肿超声引导穿刺术疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the effect of ovarian cyst ultrasound-guided puncture.Methods The ultrasound-guided puncture of ovarian cysts,suction of cyst fluid,and then injection of anhydrous alcohol,observation,detection of cystic changes and accurate records.Results 70 cases of ovarian cysts,cured in 63 cases（90.4%）,excellence in 4 cases（5.71%）,3 cases were inefficiency（4.29%）,the total efficiency was 95.71%.Conclusion Ovarian cyst ultrasound-guided puncture have a significant effect.
