骊靬县是西汉时期设在今甘肃省永昌县境内的一个故县,这在中国史书当中多有记载。长期以来中外媒体就此多有报道论述。以汉唐至清代诸多经学家的考证为基础,对不断提出的就此问题的看法与推断进行梳理,全面展现当代学术界对此县为何而置所引发的争议与讨论,并以金关汉简所反映出的信息进行推理分析,骊靬县为自西域内迁的骊靬降人而设这一观点更为可信。对历史材料与对已有成果的梳理串连,对研究中西方文化交流、民族迁徙融合有着重要的价值与意义。

Liqian Town is an old town which is located in present -day Gansu Province in Yongchang County. This fact is clearly recorded in many Chinese History Books. Since the twentieth Century the Chinese and foreign media have reported much about this. This paper quotes many scribes constantly raised by the is- sue to sort out opinions on why this town set, from the Han and Tang Dynasties to Qing Dynasty, to the con- temporary academic circle. Through the analysis, specially by means of Jinguan bamboo - slips of Han Dynas- ty, people have a more credible view that the Liqian town was built up for peoples who came from Roman and surrendered to Han Dynasty in the war. Historical materials cited and the existing achievements of the series have an important value and significance of researching on cultural exchange, ethnic migration, and nationality amalgamation.
