摘要 Seven new tremulane-type sesquiterpenes （1 7） have been isolated from cultures of the basidiomycete Cono- cybe siliginea. Their structures and relative configurations were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic data （HSQC, HMBC, 1H-tH COSY, ROESY） and MS analysis.
