经颅多普勒对椎基底动脉供血不足的诊断 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨椎-基底动脉供血不足(VBI)的血流动力学变化情况。方法:利用经颅多普勒技术(TCD)对251例临床诊断为椎-基底动脉供血不足患者进行检测,观察脑血流变化。结果:251例中,血流速度减慢者125例,占总数49.8%。血流速度加快者80例,占总数 31.9%, TCD诊断为血管痉挛或血管狭窄。单支血管血流信号消失, TCD诊断为血管闭塞者5例,占总数1. 99%。血流速度正常者40例,占15.9%。 TCD诊断为锁骨下动脉盗血者卫例。结论:提示经颅多普勒(TCD)可动态地监测椎-基底动脉血流情况,从而对(VBI)的诊断、定位、观察疗效及指导治疗有独特的应用价值。 In order to further explore the hemodynamic changes of patients with Vertebrobasilar Ischemia (VBI), the authors analyzed the results of Transcranial Doppler (TCD) examination of 251 patients who clinically diagnosed of having VBI. The results showed that 125 (49. 8 % ) of which had decreased blood flow rate, 80 patients (31. 9%) hadincreased blood flow rate with a TCD diagnosis of vascular spasm or stenosis. 5 (1. 99%) patients had a single vessels signal loss with a TCD diagnosis of vascular occlusion, 40 (15. 9%) patients had normal blood flow rate. one patient had a TCD diagnosis of subclavian ateal syndrome. From the above-mentioed results, it is indicated that TCD examination can dynamically monitor vertebrobasilar blood flow and can be applied in the diagnosis and therapeutic effectiveness evaluation of VBI.
